We participate in the Florida State Scholarships, such as FES-EO, FES-UA, and New Worlds Reading and Math via Step Up for Students.

Test Prep: ACT, PERT, TOEFL

English (ELA) and English as a Second Language from K-12 and College Level: Phonics, Reading, Literature, Grammar, Writing, Advanced Writing.

Math: All Elementary, Middle, and High School Math courses from Basic Math through Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, AP/College Calculus.

Social Studies: All History from Elementary and Middle Social Studies and Geography to World History, US History, European History, etc.; American Government, Personal Finance, Economics, etc. for all Standard, Advanced, and AP courses. We also teach/tutor History Timeline Courses, such as Veritas Press’ Ancient, Greece/Rome, Middle Ages, Explorers to 1850, 1850 to Present; Classical Conversations; etc.

Science: All Elementary, Middle, and the major High School Sciences, such as General Science/7th Grade, Physical Science/8th Grade, Basic and AP Chemistry, Basic and AP Physics, Basic and AP Biology

Foreign Language: Beginning Levels of French, Spanish, and Sign Language

Life Skills: Personal Finance, Health, Character Development

Stephanie Beckett is a K-12 Teacher whose original certification and teacher education was in Secondary Social Studies (Grades 5-12), followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching, Elementary Education (Grades K -6). A National Winner of the 1988 Parade Magazine Essay Contest, she excels in Writing and Composition. The well-roundedness of her scholarship is supported by her lifetime, invitation-only Membership in The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi: established in 1897 to recognize and encourage superior scholarship without restriction as to area of study and promote “the unity and democracy of education.” She teaches any and all subjects K-10 including group Classes for various venues: most recently Reading and Writing (SWR) at the Elementary Level; Apologia General Science (7th Gr.) with Lab Experiments; and for the 2021-2022 School Year: Middle and High School Composition (IEW) for various private Homeschool Groups.

Kirk Beckett has an Electrical Engineering Degree and specializes in tutoring Math of all levels from Algebra and Geometry to Physics and Calculus, plus anything else that relates to STEM – and even perhaps a little Military History. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
